We are aware that your patronage of our business is a privilege we must continue to earn. We appreciate your continued support. In an effort to maintain our relationship and to keep problems/questions from arising, we are enclosing a copy of our updated credit, freight, and ordering policies. Please review these policies to avoid future disputes and/or questions. If you have any questions, please give us a call. Again we appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

FREE FREIGHT POLICY:
chemical order over $350 will be shipped freight free within the
continental U.S. Handling Charges & Hazardous chemical fees will
apply. A customer’s account must be current to take advantage of free
freight. Machines, accessories, factory-direct shipments, parts,
specials, discounted items and hazardous materials do not qualify for

Note - Free Shipping applies to your CHEMICAL purchase ONLY. You must
order at least $350.00 in chemical to receive free shipping. Other
supplies and equipment will not be included in the free shipping.
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day on our website. A live service representative is available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday. You can call or fax in an order. Online orders are strongly suggested. We can only guarantee correct shipping if we have your orders in writing.
Title to equipment does not pass until invoice is paid in full.
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Except on weekends and some holidays. While we strive to keep back orders to a minimum, they are possible. Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship all available products and ship back ordered items as soon as they are available. Shipments will be sent UPS unless a carrier is specified or the order qualifies for common carrier (truck). Although express shipments will be accepted and sent as the customer specifies, they do not qualify for free shipping. Orders are F.O.B. Shipping Point. Advantage shall not be liable for failure to deliver or delays in delivery occasioned by causes beyond our control including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, fires, weather, inability to obtain materials, delays of carriers or suppliers, and all government actions and regulations.
WARRANTIES & RETURNS:
Any product sold with a factory warranty may be returned if found defective within the terms of the warranty. Please call a Customer Service Representative to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Write this number on the outside of the box. Items returned for any reason must also be assigned a Return Authorization Number. A 15 % Restocking Fee will apply to returned goods. Except as otherwise expressly stipulated herein, Advantage makes no warranties with regard to the goods covered by this order, including no implied warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The warranty of the manufacturer is the only warranty applicable to such goods and is in lieu of all other warranties. Advantage shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising from the use or inability to use the goods covered by this order.
DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT:
All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier: UPS driver, truck driver, etc. Please hold onto the original carton, as this is often necessary to settle claims.

Advantage Marketing offers two types of options if credit purchasing is desired.
Credit Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Advantage Credit Card. A $20 minimum purchase is required for credit card purchases.
Net 30-day account – We are pleased to offer 30 days of credit to qualified customers. Customers must fill out a complete credit application. COD or credit card purchases are welcomed until the credit application is approved. (If a current credit application is not on file, you may be required to complete a new application to maintain an account.)
To maintain your credit status, accounts must be paid within terms. Customers who abuse the privilege of credit terms will be placed on credit hold. Accounts at 60 days will be placed on credit hold. At that time your account will be placed on a C.O.D. status plus 20% of your past due balance. There will be a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Accounts over 30 days will be charged 1.75% per month (21% annually) plus any legal, collection, and court costs.
When your account is paid in full your account will be reviewed and credit may be reinstated. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
